Established in May 2014, JM Fertilizer, LLC was built on the vision of combining fresh energy with decades of proven expertise in the fertilizer industry. While our company itself is relatively young, our management team brings a wealth of experience—ranging from 20 to more than 35 years—across international trade, distribution, and supplier relationships. From the beginning, we have focused on three core strengths: solid financial stability, deep product knowledge, and long-standing partnerships with trusted suppliers and customers. These foundations have allowed us to quickly grow into a reliable distributor of fertilizers throughout the Americas.

JM Fertilizer, LLC is founded as part of the Witt Group.
2016
JM Fertilizer becomes a partner and the exclusive distributor of RSS AG products in Texas City, Texas, specializing in Sulfur Bentonite
2020
JM Fertilizer acquires Witt Group’s participation in the company, beginning a new phase of independent growth. JMF consolidates its steady expansion across the Americas.
2024
JM Fertilizer has rapidly grown into a trusted distributor in the Americas, supplying fertilizers, NPK raw materials, and comprehensive trade services.
2025
JM Fertilizer expanded its distribution portfolio by adding a division dedicated to Polymers named “JM Plastics”.
